(Vatican Radio)  Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster, says the main headline in Pope Francis’ Apostolic Letter issued this week is how "it reinforces the fundamental shape and purpose of the reform that he is persistently putting forward for all of us."
