Join us for Sunday Praise, two hours of praise and worship music Sundays from 9-11:00am
The following is a traditional prayer, ususally sang or said during the Easter Sunday Mass, which has always been one of my favorites:
Christians, to the Paschal Victim
Offer your thankful praises!
A Lamb the sheep redeems;
Christ, who only is sinless,
Reconciles sinners to the Father.
Death and life have contended in that combat stupendous:
The Prince of life, who died, reigns immortal.
Speak, Mary, declaring
What you saw, wayfaring.
"The tomb of Christ, who is living,
The glory of Jesus' resurrection;
bright angels attesting,
The shroud and napkin resting.
Yes, Christ my hope is arisen;
to Galilee he goes before you."
Christ indeed from death is risen, our new life obtaining.
Have mercy, victor King, ever reigning!
Sequence — Victimae Paschali Laudes
Around 9:30am I'll share some of Pope Francis' weekly Wednesday message which will hopefully inspire us each week.
In the 10:00am hour, listen in for Called to Create, a weekly devotional that explores our calling to use our God given talents to create and respond to God's particular call for us.
