-Employees of Spirit FM and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
-Winners may be of any age unless otherwise stated for a particular contest.
-Only one winner per household every thirty (30) days.
-Contest winners agree to allow Spirit FM and the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg to use their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
-Any taxes or incidental expenses associated with any prize are the responsibility of contest winner.
-No exchanges or alternate prizes will be allowed without express permission of Spirit FM.

-Spirit FM will mail out small prizes and tickets if winner elects. Once prize/tickets have been mailed out Spirit FM is no longer responsible for prize/tickets.
-If winner elects to pick up prize, prize can be picked up at Spirit FM studios, 3816 W. Morrison Ave, Tampa 33629 during business hours Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Winner must show I.D.
-Prizes not claimed after thirty (30) days are subject to redistribution on a later date.
