In 2002, WBVM had one full time opening for the position of Program Director. Fifteen resumes were submitted, three were interviewed, one was hired. The Crux, The Florida Catholic Newspaper, Diocese of St. Petersburg Pastoral Bulletin, church bulletins, allaccess.com, pdadvisor.com, and christianradioweekly.com were all used as recruitment tools.
In November 2003, WBVM had one full time opening for an Operations Manager/Engineer. Twenty-two (22) resumes were submitted, two were interviewed, one hired. Sources of recruitment were: allaccess.com, (Society of Broadcasting Engineers) sbe.org, pdadvisor.com, Diocese of St. Petersburg Pastoral Bulletin, various church bulletins, staff volunteers and internship program. Source of final hire was the sbe.org website.

WBVM Internship Program was source of final hire.

Program Director position was available November 2007. Thirty five applicants applied for the position. Four applicants were interviewed. Hired applicant was promoted from within. Recruitment sources included allaccess.com, dioceseofstpete.com, spiritfm905.com, parish bulletins throughout the Diocese of St. Petersburg, hisair.net and word of mouth.

Evening announcer/webmaster position. Three applicants were interviewed. Hired applicant came from "word of mouth." Other recruitment sources included postings at the Catholic Student Center University of South Florida
May 2010
Director of Development and Fundraising position was created. Twenty three applicants were screened. Four were interviewed resulting in one hire. Recruitment sources included, allaccess.com, hisair.net, Spirit FM website, Association of Fundraising Professionals--Suncoast Chapter, suncoastafp.org, Diocese of St. Petersburg Pastoral Bulletin, dosp.org, area church bulletins and word of mouth. Hired applicant from word of mouth and Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Part time Announcer/Producer position was created. Six applicants were screened and one hired. Recruitment sources included allaccess.com, hisair.net, Spirit FM website, Spirit FM internships and volunteers program, Diocese of St. Petersburg Pastoral Bulletin, dosp.org, area church bulletins and word of mouth. Hire was made through Spirit FM volunteer and internship program.
