Sometimes I get so caught up in the complexities of life that I forget the simple stuff....

Brothers and sisters: Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.
Have you ever had trouble spelling the simplest of words? Or had a moment around the house or at work when you completely forgot how to do something that you have done a thousand times before? I don't know about you but sometimes I get so caught up in the complexities of life that I forget the simple stuff. Like giving the cashier at my local publix a smile as I rush home to make dinner. I think we get that way in our walk with Jesus sometimes. We focus so hard on our daily scripture readings or making sure we know the theology behind our belief that we forget the simplest things. Like being kind to one another. My homework assignment for you today is to find 5 new ways to be kind to someone around you. You get a bonus point if you forgive somebody today!
