(Vatican Radio)  Pope Francis on Sunday announced a consistory for the creation of new Cardinals. He made the announcement at the end of the Regina Caeli in St Peter’s Square.The new Cardinals come from Mali, Spain, Sweden, Laos and El Salvador.
