Los Angeles, Calif., Feb 5, 2017 / 04:02 pm (CNA/EWTN News).- Harry Connick Jr. has spent the last 30 years entertaining America as one of Hollywood’s most versatile talents: singer, songwriter, pianist, actor, and “American Idol” host. Now he’s the star of the daytime talk show “Harry”, which airs primarily on local Fox affiliate stations nationwide.Connick’s devout Catholic faith has also guided him throughout his career, as well as his 27-year marriage to model Jill Goodacre and as a father to three daughters. (Vatican Radio) Romania's leftist-leaning government has scrapped a controversial decree that would have prevented law enforcement to prosecute many politicians for corruption. Sunday's decision followed the largest protests since the collapse of Communism and a bloody revolution in 1989.  Listen to the report by Stefan Bos: The decree scrapped Sunday would have decriminalized abuse of power offences where sums of less than 44,000 euro were involved.
