Participants in WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 promotion, resulting in a prize or award, must be 21 years or older to win, unless otherwise specified. Satisfactory proof of identification and age must be presented before claiming a prize if the prize is not mailed.

A person cannot enter on behalf of another person (unless otherwise specified)

There may only be one winner of any WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 promotion per household during any 30-day period, unless otherwise specified.

Employees of WBVM/Spirit FM, the Pastoral Center of the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.

Winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with winning the prize. Winners will need to sign a W-9 form, provided by WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 BEFORE receiving any prizes valued at over $600.

Participants must be US citizens for prizes valued at $600 or greater, unless otherwise specified.

Prizes have no cash equivalent and are not transferable, unless otherwise specified.

WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in its sole discretion, either before or after a winner has been selected.

WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 will have sole discretion to decide any questions concerning the interpretation of rules governing the promotion and the administration of the promotion, and such decisions shall be final.

In the case of a tie, WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 reserves the right to choose the winner by any method it deems appropriate.

WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules.

No promotion, promotion rules, or explanations thereof shall be construed or implemented in any way which violates applicable laws and regulations, including FCC rules and regulations.

Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 deems appropriate.

Prizes (regardless of value) must be claimed within 30 days of notification or the prizes will be forfeited. As of 1/1/16, no prizes will be mailed out. With the exception of will-call, electronic tickets or otherwise specified, all prizes must be picked up at Spirit FM's studios, 717 S Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa. 33609.

Prizes must be picked up Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.\

Winner has 30 days to pick up prize. If prize is not picked up within 30 days winner forfeits prize and it is at the discretion of Spirit FM to re-distribute.

Winner may assign a secondary name to prize for pick-up. ID is required when claiming prize.

Submission of an entry or response shall constitute acceptance of the promotion rules and a waiver of any and all claims against WBVM/Spirit FM 90.5 related to the promotion.

Contest ends midnight, May 31st, 2017, winner will be announced during the Big, Big House Morning Show on Thursday, June 1st during the 7am hour.
